24-hour notice of cancellation is required.

We suggest that you schedule your next appointment before you leave the salon. We will gladly call to remind you the day before.

Our scheduling is designed to permit the appropriate amount of time to complete your service. Please help us by arriving on time to receive the full benefit of your service.

We welcome all children accompanied by an adult. Due to insurance purposes, children are not permitted in the salon without adult supervision.

Tuesday - Thursday:

9 am - 8 pm

Friday: 9 am - 7 pm

Saturday: 8 am - 4 pm

If at any time, you feel you would be more comfortable or simply would like to try a new operator, we encourage you to do so. We are confident that you will find an Elite Concepts professional that best suits your needs.

For your protection, we provide smocks to clients who wish to change when receiving services. We encourage clients to take advantage of these for all color or chemical services, as we cannot be held responsible for any damage to personal property or clothing.

Gift certificates are valid for services and retail and are not exchangeable for cash or gratuities.

A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks.

We accept Mastercard and Visa. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide cash back for Credit/Debit cards or check transactions for gratuities.
